The Inclining Experiment: An Architectonic Light Installation
This transformed environment challenges visitor’s physical bearings of the “room” with obtuse + acute angles / slanting walls, ceiling, + a mirror ramped floor. Back lighting projection effects are timed and looped to accentuate a progressive diagrammatic experience from darkness into light.
What is above is below, what shines through the wall, simultaneously descends through the ground.
The environment, though finite inclines towards the infinite.
